Toddler A - Ages 18-24 months
Toddler B - Ages 2-2.5 years
At this age, children are highly curious and are beginning to explore their independence, so the
classroom is filled with age-appropriate toys and activities that encourage exploration, sensory
experiences, and social interaction.

There are several play centers set up throughout the room, which include:
Sensory Play: Tables with materials like sand, water, or textured items that encourage tactile
exploration.

Creative Play: Art supplies like large crayons and paper for drawing, as well as materials for
simple crafts that promote fine motor skills.

Quiet Areas: Cozy corners with soft seating and books for calm moments, fostering a love for
reading and providing a space for relaxation.

Dramatic Play Area: This space often features costumes, props, and play kitchens, allowing children
to engage in imaginative play and role-playing scenarios.

Block and Construction Area: This zone is equipped with building blocks, construction sets, and other
manipulatives that promote fine motor skills and problem-solving.

The caregivers in this classroom focus on nurturing, providing guidance, and facilitating play. They
engage in activities that promote language development, social skills, and emotional growth, often
using songs, stories, and interactive play. We maintain a low caregiver to child ratio to ensure each
child receives the attention they need.

Overall, the atmosphere is warm, supportive, and designed to encourage exploration, learning, and
socialization in a safe and loving environment.
